We know this is a big commitment, and we want to be as fair as possible while keeping our small-group trips amazing for everyone. Here’s how our refund policy works:

✅ If we cancel your spot (ex. if we think this isn’t the best fit for you): 100% refund
✅ If you cancel within 48 hours of booking: Full refund

We use your deposit to hold your spot on this trip. That means refunds depend on whether we can fill your place.
• If you can’t make it but find someone to take your spot, we’ll transfer your booking to them at no extra cost.
• If you can’t find a replacement, we’ll do our best to fill your spot from the waitlist.
• If we (or you) successfully fill your spot, your deposit can be refunded (minus a $200 processing fee).

⚠️ After January 1st (the second payment deadline), deposits become fully non-refundable. By that point, we need your firm commitment so we can finalize logistics with our partners.

1. Fill Out Your Trip Form
Right after booking, you’ll be directed to a quick (and fun!) questionnaire so I can get to know you and start prepping for our adventure.

2. Personal Welcome from Me
Within 48 hours, I’ll reach out personally to say hi, share how excited I am to travel with you, and answer any initial questions you have. Think of me as your new travel partner from here on out.

3. Stay Connected
From now until April, feel free to reach out with questions anytime. I’m here for you.

4. Final Payment = Game Time
Once the final payment is made in April, we’ll switch into full planning mode:
• Join the Private Facebook Group to meet your fellow travelers
• Get all the trip logistics and start building the excitement together
• Onboarding with the rafting company so you’ll feel 100% ready to go

✅ You CAN join if…
• You can walk up and down a flight of stairs or along a beach with balance (this trip is doable for most—even 8-year-olds do it!).
• You’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or diabetic—we can accommodate dietary needs!
• You’re not a strong swimmer (we’ve had girls who can’t swim, but you should at least be comfortable in the water).
• You’re okay with zero WiFi or data—this is a full unplugged experience!


This trip may NOT be for you if…
• You have serious mobility issues (uneven terrain, getting in/out of the raft, and light hiking are required).
• You’re not comfortable being completely off the grid—no WiFi, no cell service, just nature and connection.
• You don’t like group adventures—this trip is about friendship, fun, and shared experiences!
