We know this is a big commitment, and we want to be as fair as possible while keeping our small-group trips amazing for everyone. Here’s how our refund policy works:

✅ If we cancel your spot (ex. if we think this isn’t the best fit for you): 100% refund
✅ If you cancel within 48 hours of booking: Full refund

We get it — life happens. If you can’t make it:
• You’re welcome to find another qualified woman to take your place. We’ll transfer your booking and do our best to refund you up to 70%.
• If you can’t find a replacement, we’ll do our best to fill your spot from the waitlist.

If your spot is filled (by you or by us):
You may receive up to a 50% refund, and the remaining balance will be applied as credit toward a future trip.

All refunds, when applicable, incur a $200 processing fee.

Over the next few months, I will be personally prepping you to travel.

✅ You CAN join if…
• You can walk up and down a flight of stairs or along a beach with balance (this trip is doable for most—even 8-year-olds do it!).
• You’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or diabetic—we can accommodate dietary needs!
• You’re not a strong swimmer (we’ve had girls who can’t swim, but you should at least be comfortable in the water).
• You’re okay with zero WiFi or data for 4 days —this is a full unplugged experience!


This trip may NOT be for you if…
• You have serious mobility issues (uneven terrain, getting in/out of the raft, and light hiking are required).
• You’re not comfortable being completely off the grid—no WiFi, no cell service, just nature and connection.
• You don’t like group adventures—this trip is about friendship, fun, and shared experiences!
