We know this is a big commitment, and we want to be as fair as possible while keeping our small-group trips amazing for everyone. Here’s how our refund policy works:

✅ If we cancel your spot (e.g., if we determine this isn’t the right fit for you): 100% refund
✅ If you cancel within 48 hours of booking: Full refund

Need to Cancel Later?

A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot.
The final balance is due by September 1st, 2025.

If you need to cancel after booking, your 50% deposit is non-refundable — unless we are able to fill your spot with another guest. If we do, we’re happy to issue a partial refund of your deposit, depending on the circumstances.

❌ If you cancel within 14 days of the trip or are a no-show, the entire trip cost is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance & Cancellation Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect your investment in case of illness, delays, emergencies, or other covered events.

Good to know: We carry trip protection coverage on our side as well. If you have proper documentation (like proof of illness, injury, or another covered reason under your travel insurance), please come to us — we may be able to help you cancel through our policy.

✅ You CAN join if…
• You can walk up and down a flight of stairs or along a beach with balance.
• You’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or diabetic—we can accommodate dietary needs!
• You’re not a strong swimmer (you just need to be able to float while wearing a life jacket)
• You’re okay with zero WiFi or data for two days on Camp Cecil —this is an unplugged experience!
• You obtain travel insurance before the trip to cover any medical issues or accidents.

Women of all ages 18+ are welcome!


❌ This trip may NOT be for you if…
• You have serious mobility issues (uneven terrain, getting in/out of the raft, and light hiking are required).
• You’re not comfortable being completely off the grid—no WiFi, no cell service, just nature and connection.
• You don’t like group adventures—this trip is about friendship, fun, and shared experiences!

Itinerary is subject to change due to weather, transportation delays, or other factors outside of our control. Nature is unpredictable, and while every effort is made to follow the plan, flexibility is key.

This is a whale shark and sea lion adventure—but wildlife sightings are never 100% guaranteed. That said, we’re traveling during peak whale shark and sea lion season, and it would be very rare not to encounter them.

All activities are optional, and participation is entirely at your discretion. Your safety is our top priority, and alternate plans may be arranged if conditions require adjustments.
