✅ If we cancel your spot (e.g., if we determine this isn’t the right fit for you): 100% refund
✅ If you cancel within 48 hours of booking: Full refund

Need to Cancel Later?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot.
The final balance is due by September 1st, 2025.
If you need to cancel after booking, your 50% deposit is non-refundable — unless we are able to fill your spot with another guest. If we do, we’re happy to issue a partial refund of your deposit, depending on the circumstances.
❌ If you cancel within 14 days of the trip or are a no-show, the entire trip cost is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance & Cancellation Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect your investment in case of illness, delays, emergencies, or other covered events.
Good to know: We carry trip protection coverage on our side as well. If you have proper documentation (like proof of illness, injury, or another covered reason under your travel insurance), please come to us — we may be able to help you cancel through our policy.
